It's a free-for-all and I heard it said...

The gifts are out! From April 1 until April 30th I am giving away bunches of stuff!

Hump Day @ WoE Week 7

Lots of excitement for WoE's Hump Day this week!!! First, a sim move (read more about it in previous post), that, while planned, sorta happened faster then expected. Things aren't quite all put together yet but they will be soon so stop on over for a visit.

Dick has outdone himself this Hump Day with not one, but 6 colors of jeans out, and some cinches to match too!

Remember, there are 6 color choices of these favorite WoE items at 69L today only!! Don't miss them, and make sure to update your LM's to the new WoE Main Store.

Ellee Twain

Just in time to kick off November, the long anticipated Ellee Jeans have arrived! It just gets better and better! You'll find the Ellee Twains now available at WoE, in a wide palette of colors. The Ellee Twains is a two-toned denim jeans, with even wonderful detailing and color range.

Colors available are Steel, Rust, Autumn, Oxide, Oil, Midnight, Lapis, Dusk, Clay and Frost. They come as singles, in two different 5 Paks and a Fat Pak.

Wear Grey for a Day - Brain Cancer Awareness Day

September 18, 2009 is the day to Wear Gray for a Day - Many designers have teamed up to raise Brain Cancer Awareness and have created exclusive items just for this event. 50-100% of proceeds are being donated to the American Cancer Society. Although Friday the 18th is nearly over, grey is a good color any day, and every day is a good day to raise awareness about this very important issue that has recently taken America's beloved Ted Kennedy from us much too soon, and I know that many SL residents have been personally touched by this disease.

You can find a list of many stores at the official Wear Grey for a Day blog as well as more info on the day. Most stores will be leaving their items out thru September. You can also visit WoE where you can grab an outfit for the guys, and one for the girls, or just a new pair of jeans, created especially for this fund raising event. 100% of all proceeds from the 4 WoE items, through the remainder of September, will be donated.

Through The Looking Glass Hunt and WoE

The TTLG Hunt begins Monday May 25th, and runs thru July 4th, and WoE is participating!!! Once again, WoE has created a fantastic outfit, available only thru this hunt. And of course, it includes a girls version and a guy version too. The Mirror you need to find is out and ready to go if you want to get an early start. You'll find it at the WoE mainstore.

Some have wondered what the Through the Looking-Glass hunt item from WoE has to do with Alice in Wonderland - well, here is the explanation of the symbolism.

The gifts are guys jeans and a graphic T-shirt with Bill the Lizard on the front and "Feed Your Head..." on the back. The girls version that is included are the Boyfriend Fit version of the guys jeans and a girls version of the graphic T-shirt - mirrors of each other (almost) - thus "Through the Looking-Glass" (looking glass - mirror...).

Bill the Lizard, after Alice takes away his pencil, is provided with ink when the Queen spill ink on his face - thus "Feed Your Head...".

"Feed Your Head" is a line from the Jefferson Airplane song White Rabbit which draws comparisons of hallucinogenic drugs with the imagery found in the fantasy works of Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking-Glass.

WoE @ RFL Clothing Fair 2009

RFL Clothing Fair 2009 opened today, and WoE is participating!!! You'll find the WoE booth on Sim 1, filled with a sampling of WoE style for him and for her.

You'll also find the WoE RFL Limited Edition Beaded Jeans created just for RFL at the booth. They wont be available forever, so make sure to come by and get them while you can. All proceeds from the sale of the Limited Edition Beaded Jeans go towards RFL, so it is a great opportunity to give back, while getting a very special pair of WoEness as your thank you.

The Clothing Fair runs thru this week, ending Sunday the 22nd of March, so get over there soon. Remember to be lag concious and dress lightly, turn down your graphics, and have fun exploring all 8 sims after your WoE Booth visit.

New Boyfriend Jeans

Girls, after all the hunts I know you must be tired and would love nothing more than to just laze around this weekend with that special someone. What better way to get comfortable than in a pair of your boyfriends jeans!

Available in His and Hers, these new jeans are the perfect thing to spend the weekend in. Girls, if you want to buy a pair for yourself and a pair for your boyfriend, you can do that - just buy the His to go with your Hers and then send it directly along to him.

Based off of the popular Lucas Oxide Jeans, they both have rolled up legs. They are available as the jeans only, or with a brown graphic t-shit for the guys and a matching (unreleased) brown WoE tank for the for the girls.

Get Kissed by WoE

WoE is participating in the Vain Inc Kissed Hunt, beginning Friday Feb 6 at Noon SLT. You'll find the Kissed gift hidden at the WoE store . In it, you'll find the new Adara Corset, in the new Kissed color, as well as the very popular Caela Skinny Jeans in Lead. You will also be able to find the Starter LM at WoE, for your convenience, simply click the Kissed hunt sign located outside, so that you may do the hunt from the beginning if you wish. Happy Hunting!
